The Ancient Flute (called mysterious flute in-game) is a wooden flute used by the pilots of the Living Fortresses. The Hero uses it in the battle against the second form of Oceanhorn. The Ancient Flute looks like an ordinary flute with two holes in it and the Emblem of Creation engraved near its embouchure.
